Had the privilege late last night to be on a training webinar & heard something that really resonated with me. I'll bet it will with others too...
I've been a victim of self sabotage. I've been the kind of person in the past who would "get ready to get ready," or as others call it, analysis paralysis or even information constipation. I'd be a perfectionist, thinking I need to get all my ducks in a row first before I took action.
The problem, ducks NEVER get in a row. The key in life is to have an idea & plan just enough to take action. We learn more through the process of taking action & then can work to perfect things later.
Take action & feel good about yourself & worry about the details later.
Can anyone else affirm this with a real life example?
